Into a bowl, add sugar, oil, milk and essence and mix till the sugar dissolves.
Add Wheat Flour, Refined Flour, Soda And Custard Powder (Sifted) And Mix Till It Forms A Smooth Batter.
Take 1/4th Of This Mix And Keep Aside In A Separate Bowl, To Which Cocoa Powder Is Added And Mixed Well.
Now, There Are Two Batters - Chocolate And Vanilla Custard Mix. Into A Greased Cake Tray Or Loaf Tin, Pour The Vanilla Batter,
And Then The Chocolate Batter, Alternately. Swirl The Batter With A Knife Or Toothpick.
Bake This In A Preheated Oven For 45 - 50 Mins At 180 C Until The Cake Is Cooked All Through.
Allow It To Cool Completely And Then Slice And Serve.
